Marco Nielsen, Director of Services and Chief Technology Architect
Marco Nielsen is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of the company’s outsourcing and implementation services.
Marco is an internationally recognized expert in mobile device management and Windows Mobile, with nearly 20 years’ experience. His expertise spans systems architecture, operating systems, hardware and communications, providing him with a broad perspective on how to design and deliver a successful enterprise mobility initiative. Marco draws on his technical skills and knowledge to understand the complexities and challenges customers face and to lead his team as they analyze and address customer requirements with successful solutions.
Before joining Enterprise Mobile, Marco was a Global Infrastructure Manager for Getronics, a global systems integrator in the Netherlands.
Michael Devaney, Director of Support
Michael Devaney is the Director of Support for Enterprise Mobile. He oversees a team of support agents who handle inquiries on hardware, operating system, application, device management and connectivity issues for a broad range of mobility platforms and applications, including iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Microsoft Windows, AirWatch and MobileIron.
Michael has developed comprehensive mobile device services that support more than 100,000 users. In a typical month, his team handles more than 15,000 inquiries.
Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in service and support to his position. Before joining Enterprise Mobile, he was a Managing Consultant for IBM Global Business Services and, previously, a Director at CompuCom, a national outsourcer for Fortune 1000 service and support.
Michael has presented on Knowledge Management and Help Desk at several HDI National Conferences and was a contributing author for HDI’s Implementing Service and Support Management Processes: A Practical Guide. He will be presenting on Mobility Device Support for HDI’s International Conference and Expo in April 2012.
Jay Gordon, Sales
A seasoned professional with more than 12 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations, Jay Gordon currently leads Sales for Enterprise Mobile. In this role, Gordon manages a national sales team and oversees all aspects of the company's selling efforts for its strategic, professional and lifecycle services.
Prior to joining Enterprise Mobile, Gordon served as vice president of provider operations for NaviNet, a technology company focused on streamlining interaction between health care providers and their trading partners. In this role, Gordon was responsible for product sales and deployment, including marketing, training and end-user support.
Before joining NaviNet, Gordon was a member of the founding team at Firekey, an eHealth and information management company, eventually acquired by NaviNet, where he oversaw all corporate and product marketing. He previously worked in communications at Independence Blue Cross, one of the largest health insurance companies in the United States.
Gordon holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Temple University and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Babson College.
Steve Catron, Director of Software Systems
Steve Catron is Director of Software Systems for Enterprise Mobile. In his four years with the company, Steve has developed several systems that enable Enterprise Mobile to deliver the highest quality services to support enterprise-scale mobility initiatives.
Steve created Enterprise Mobile’s innovative Asset Management System, which provides customers with extensive data on the devices under Enterprise Mobile management, at all stages of the lifecycle. In addition, the system offers insight into how well Enterprise Mobile Support and Depot services meet the SLAs customers require.
Earlier in his career, Steve was Founder and Director of Engineering at Prime Meridian Software, where he led the design, development and management of seven commercial medical software applications used in hospitals. He also developed and implemented the first software application used by restaurants to forecast daily food usage, preparation needs and labor requirements.
